Booking

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

  • You may book through our website, phone, or LINE.

  • New clients may be required to pay a deposit or full payment in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiting your deposit/payment.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment, with the full session fee still applicable.

Payment

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  • Packages or promotional offers may require full payment upfront.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or areas needing special care before your session.

  • If you have a fever, cough, or are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of all clients and staff.

  • We follow strict cleaning and sanitization protocols for your safety and comfort.
