Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged when booking, unless you do not follow our cancellation policy. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. By booking this appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy.
